Upon joining us, all new employees participate in a comprehensive orientation programme, giving you the chance to learn about our organisation and how we operate, as well as building a network of colleagues and friends early on. Within your first few days you will be allocated a mentor who will be by your side to answer any questions you may have, and to support you in your new role.
We recruit 20-30 graduates every year, demonstrating the value we believe you can bring to our business. From the get-go you will have the opportunity to work on real-life projects, immediately enabling you to gain business experience and put your hard-earned academic work into practice. As well, graduates can enjoy the benefits offered to our more experienced employees.
We will support and encourage you in continuously developing and growing your technical skills, ultimately preparing you to progress in the near future. Technical certification programmes we offer are wide and varied and include: Sun JAVA, Microsoft, ISEB, and ITIL. Likewise, professional skills training is imperative to enhance communication, business and customer-based skills.
As we are a global insurance organisation, we also provide opportunities to travel enabling employees to experience our products and services from an end-user perspective, as well as learning first-hand the core business functions of our parent company, Liberty Mutual Insurance.
