Adding new and fresh talent to our organisation is critical in ensuring we remain as an IT industry leader. Consequently, each year we recruit over 20 students for a year-long, paid placement, giving you the opportunity to gain career-building experiences within a global organisation.

Interns are enrolled in our comprehensive orientation programme and with so many new employees joining us at the same time, it is the perfect opportunity for you to build a network of colleagues and friends.

From the very first day, you will be an integral member of the team and will have the opportunity to work with and learn from the best and brightest people in the industry. Working on real projects ensures you will be challenged every day, gaining vital experience to enhance your academic learning upon your return to university.

We are committed to mentoring our students so that you get the most out of your year with us and are better prepared for your future career. We want you to develop and grow, and offer an exciting technical training programme to facilitate this. Completion of technical certification programmes including, Sun JAVA, Microsoft, ISEB, and ITIL, are also actively supported. Likewise, professional skills training is imperative to enhance communication, business and customer-based skills.

In fact, we are very keen to build longer-term relationships with our placements and will encourage you to return to us as a graduate once you complete your studies. On average, 80% of our interns return as graduates, 65% of whom achieve a first classification in their degree.
